Who are we?
Gifts for Gold was started as a club by two high school brain cancer survivors hopeful to make an impact on local cancer communities. Cassidy Stocker and Abby Lee were both treated for brain cancer at Cincinnati Children's Hospital, and benefited from donations made by kind strangers to Child Life Specialists. After chemo ended, they decided they wanted to find a way to give back to not only the Child Life specialists, but the community, therefore starting a club to raise money and awareness for pediatric cancer. So far, Gifts for Gold has raised over $20,000 for pediatric cancer, and that number is only growing. We are officially a nonprofit waiting to be filed as a 501(3)c, giving us the tools to make even more of an impact. Gifts for Gold continues working to show kids battling cancer and other life threatening illness that they are not alone and people out there are working tirelessly to help them survive the unthinkable.

President and Founder
Cassidy Stocker
Cassidy Stocker founded Gifts for Gold to give back to the pediatric cancer community that was a pivotal part of her journey. She spends her days running, advocating, painting and loving every animal under the sun! She hopes to leave a lasting impact with this Nonprofit.
Co-Founder
Abby Lee
After being treated for a brain tumor in 2020, Abby discovered her calling to become a Child Life Specialist. She loves painting, connecting with kids, spending time with animals, and she hopes to bring creativity, comfort, and compassion to every family she works with.
Vice President
Mason Chandler
Mason Chandler has been an invaluable part of the Gifts for Gold team. When she is not debating or developing an advocacy project, she can be found hiking, traveling, or curled up with a good book.
Secretary
Callie Richards
Callie Richards has been working with Gifts for Gold since it's founding. She loves swimming, public speaking, and working with kids.
